Time Management

Time management is something that all coaches need to carefully consider, but not just coaches, this also goes for any other workers in the work force. Developing strategies & techniques can help you manage your time more effectively & in turn will reduce the pressures on you & give you more time to yourself. there is 24 hours in a day & 60 minutes in each hr & in that time it is distributed equally & depending on how we choose to spend it, it can vary in a great deal.

An example of this is having a training session & having that particular session focus on one thing, then spend the whole training session doing different activities to achieve this goal. An effective coach will understand that in order to achieve this they would have to do some effective planning, which includes things such as stretching, warm up/cool down sessions & the whole session in general. planning can be done in such a simple way & yet it can shave of valuable time in a session.
